Permanent floor displays are used to create free-standing branding experiences, most often for related product groupings. Their off-shelf presence is used to provide greater impact.
As with temporary floor displays, they can be designed to accommodate consumer access from 1, 2, 3 or all 4 sides. Given their relatively small footprint, it is often easier for the retailer to accommodate the brand space.
The permanent materials most often used are wood, plastic, metal and often, a combination of materials including some temporary materials. Because of the durability of permanent materials, they are most often selected when a longer time frame is needed. For this reason, permanent displays frequently include easily updatable graphics.
