SERTA KOHL's Endcap Refresh
Permanent Endcap Fixtures
Client Objectives:
- Refresh Kohl’s Serta endcap in all doors amplifying the Serta
brand as well as the breadth of the memory foam assortment-5 Toppers and 2 Pillows. - Attract attention with Serta exclusivity and the sensory experience.
- Guide shoppers through the factors that will easily help them identify their right choice.
- Allow for ease of changing samples as assortment changes.
Deliverables:
- Designed and manufactured a 40“ wide x 48“ deep x 66“ high
endcap display in white MDF to complement the fixturing in the current new store footprint at Kohl’s. - White powder coated metal snap frame header was included for the ease and cost effective way for signage to be changed out as messaging goals change.
- The fixture included wheels and locking casters for easy maneuverability.
- The Serta endcap needed to ship assembled for quick set up in-store. A corrugated wedge system was used to easily
transition the fixture from the pallet to store floor.
Results:
- The Serta endcap transitioned from a display to an in-store selection tool.
- Messaging and imagery drew the shopper in from the center aisle of the store and helped motivate the shopper by eliciting
a reaction: “I want to feel that way in my bed when I sleep - The refresh end cap directed shoppers to Go To Kohls.com for ship to home.
